We want you to be completely satisfied with your Charlie by Matthew Zink purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all tags and hygienic liners are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the items.
